This is where you can purchase the tickets from Irkutsk to Olkhon island and back. The buses are new, the 17 seat Ford Transit, Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Mercedes Sprinter.

Baikaler only helps you to book the tickets. We are not providing the service! The transportation service provider is the TurAvto Company. The 200 R per ticket is required to pay as a non refundable deposit! The rest of sum (1800 R ) is due to pay to the driver CASH in RUBLES on spot! Please show your ticket to the driver. After receiving it to your e-mail you can print out the ticket or save it on your phone / gadget. All works!

Driving distance is 300 km one way, Driving time is around 6 hrs including stop for lunch (not included) and a ferry crossing (the ferry is free, no extra charge). In between season, the extra charge of 500 R pp one way will require for the hovercraft – no tickets needed, paid on spot , cash to the driver). The luggage is free of charge. A bicycle is 500 R extra.

When buying return ticket, please note: the drop off is provided to your desired address in Irkutsk city centre including the train station and airport.

Once on Olkhon island (at Khuzri), you will be dropped off at at a specific location, i.e. the guesthouse or hotel.

For your convenience, please don’t forget to buy return ticket.

Pick up point: a parking lot , located between the TK shopping Mall and Central Market building. Enter from Timiryazeva street.

Pick up point: a green Sberbank ATM kiosk, located between the entrance area and a toilet WC building.

Pick up point: Pizza Kristina , located outside of the airport buildings, on your left hand as you walk off the airport.
