1 DAY ITINERARY
Walking around Irkutsk historical city center (2 hr) or / and then visit the village of Listvyanka, located on Baikal lake. Getting there by public minibus, depart hourly from the bus terminal and central market, Price: 120R per person one way. It takes 1 hr to get from Irkutsk to Listvyanka. The first minibus to Listvyanka is at 8 AM. The last minibus to Irkutsk is at 7PM in winter and 8 PM in summer

Day 1 – Sightseeing in Irkutsk, full day
Day 2 – a day trip to Listvyanka (on your own or with a guide)

Day 1 – A CIRCUM-BAIKAL WALKING TOUR One day trip to lake Baikal which is mostly walking along the Circum-Baikal Railway. Actual walking on rail-tracks gives you a real filling of the site as well as physical exercise.
Day 2 – a day trip to Listvyanka (on your own or with a guide)

Day 1 – Visiting Listvyanka, and spending a night there at BELKA HOSTEL, a relaxing place in the forest. Prices are same as in Baikaler Hostel.
Day 2 – Full day in LIstvyanka and returning back to Irkutsk in the evening

The 2 GUIDED TOUR TO ARSHAN Arshan (Mineral water in Buryat)is the popular hot spring resort in tunka valley situated between two mountain ranges: Eastern Sayan and Khamar-Daban. The place is attractive due to creastal clean air, view of the mountains, relaxed atmosphere, pleasant walks up to the river.

TOUR TO KRESTOVKA (short for Krestovsky, it’s a name of a bay – Bay of the Cross) is a wise choice for those, who like being in touch with nature, want to stay in a log cabin near the lake and fit enough to hike 12 km to the Shamanic site.

Tour to Bolshie Koty
THE 2 DAY / 1 NIGHT HIKE FROM LISTVYANKA TO BOLSHIE KOTY. BY FEET THERE, BY HYDROFOIL BACK.
AVAILABLE: 1st of July – 30th of August.
This is an active tour for outdoor seekers. It involves hiking 18-20km along the lake Baikal shore with ups and downs, staying in a small Siberian village for a day and returning back by hydrofoil.
The hydrofoil is not running on Mondays and Thursdays!
3 DAY ITINERARY : TOP
option A
The 3 DAY GUIDED TREKKING TO BOLSHIE KOTY
This is an active tour for outdoor seekers. It involves hiking 18-20km along the lake Baikal shore with ups and downs, staying in a small Siberian village for a day and returning back by foot. Experienced local guide carries all food and cooks all meals on fire.
This tour can be challenging for unfit people!
option B (in summer):
Day 1 – Visiting Listvyanka, general sightseeing, spending a night there at BELKA HOSTEL, a relaxing place in the forest. Prices are same as in Baikaler Hostel.
Day 2 – Taking a hydrofoil to the village of Boshie Koty and trekking back (18km, 6 hr) to Listvaynka in the evening. Overnight in BELKA HOSTEL.
Or spending this night in the village of Bolshie Koty at LESNAYA 7 HOSTEL
Or instead, visit the Port Baikal. Take the 50R ferry from the Baikal Museum at 8.15 AM, 11.15 AM, 4.15 PM, 6.15PM.
Day 3 – Returning back to Irkutsk in the evening
option C (in winter, when the lake is frozen solid, January – March):
Day 1 – Visiting Listvyanka, general sightseeing,dog sledding, spending a night there at BELKA HOSTEL.
Walking or ice biking to Bolshie Koty (2-3 hr) and back same day.
Day 2 – Walking to Port Baikal (5-6 hr) and back same day.
Day 3 – Returning back to Irkutsk
option D (in summer only)
The 3 DAY / 2 NIGHT TRIP TO OLKHON ISLAND. The minibuses and accommodation on Olkhon are booked at our hostels. It takes 6hs + to get there, driving intensive, we recommend to go for 4 day / 3 night

The 4 DAY / 3 NIGHT TRIP TO OLKHON ISLAND
This trip is a great chance to see probably the most beautiful part of lake Baikal. Staying with a local family in the authentic Siberian village, seeing truly Shamanic sites, hiking and taking a 4WD photo safari will make this tour unforgettable. This trip is suggested as a must do for everyone who can spend 4 days and 3 nights in the area.
All Baikaler Hostels arrange a public minibus, pick up included for 900R pp one way and accommodationthere with meals for 1200R pp per night + the 4WD excursion for 900 Rub. Ask our managers!
